Our beloved Jacob Dean Page, also known as Jake passed away at his home in Yucaipa CA on May 23rd 2024.
Jacob was born on June 1st 1977 in San Bernardino California, although he grew up in Fontana California. Jake was known by many in the community and made some lifelong friends growing up in Fontana. This is also where he met the love of his life Carrie and began the next chapter of his life as a husband and father.
A proud member of his local union, Jake worked in the industry for over two decades. He was not only a member but sat on the board for 15 years as the treasurer and had also taken on the role of business agent in recent years. He worked for many unions and companies throughout Southern California, mainly as a Rigger but performed various other roles throughout the years & throughout the industry. He displayed a hard-working, dedicated, thoughtful character & was a trusted and respected union brother & friend.
When Jake wasn’t working he loved to take vacations with his family, spend time with friends, get in a round of golf, win some money gambling…or lose, or just spend a relaxing day at home. He was a generous and thoughtful man, always showing up or going out of his way to help anyone that needed it. He was the kind of man that would go without so others wouldn’t have to. Jake had a big heart, that he didn’t always show but it was definitely always felt.
Jake’s memory is honored and kept alive by his loving wife Carrie, his oldest son Braden and youngest son Lucas. Along with his sister Mallory and an abundance of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
